Wild Woman

As women move through the chapters of life…careers, adulthood, parenthood, partnerships…very often we feel like a part of us is suppressed or tucked away to fit into the life we have now.

That woman often feels disconnected with her authentic self, and it causes rage, sadness, and the feeling that life is a little more dull than it once was.

This spring, we’re calling on that woman. The one who wants so badly to reconnect to her true self, and to release the emotions that have been suppressed for so long in the name of fitting into the box of who she is supposed to be.

Join Connie and Jeana as we return again to Woodstock NY for a women’s yoga retreat that calls on the wild woman. We will practice traditional tantra yoga, we will release, we will dance, we will rest, we will emerge as the divine soul that has been buried under too many burdens for too long.

Imagine this weekend as your personal sanctuary, a haven crafted to help you…

  • Embrace Your Authenticity: Rediscover the woman you've tucked away beneath life's demands. Peel back the layers and reconnect with the vibrant, authentic you.
  • Rekindle Inner Joy: Recapture the joy that might have dimmed over the years. Through rejuvenating activities, experience the delight that comes from reintroducing you, to you.
  • Cultivate Serenity: Escape the hustle and bustle. Find quiet in Woodstock's serene landscapes, allowing the tranquility to seep into your soul.
  • Forge Lasting Connections: Create bonds with like-minded women on a journey not unlike yours. Share stories, laughter, and the collective wisdom of rediscovering oneself.
  • Nurture Body and Soul: Daily traditional Tantra yoga sessions, ayurvedic walking massage, and mindful nature walks. Treat your body and soul to the care they deserve.
  • Embrace Personal Growth: Experience personal growth in the gentle embrace of spring. It's not just a retreat; it's the drop that creates a ripple effect in the journey towards the woman you're meant to be.
